ON OUTBOUND JOURNEYS

We arrive at your designated pick up point 10 minutes early every time. Our driver will help you with your luggage, we will then drive you in safety and comfort to your destination, providing comfort breaks along the way on longer journeys. Upon arrival at the ferry terminal our driver will assist you with your luggage onto trolleys if necessary.

 

ON INBOUND JOURNEYS

We monitor the incoming ferry times – if there are any delays we reschedule our work to accommodate the delay with no charge. Our driver will meet you at the terminal. The vehicle will be displaying a Direct Travel meeting board on the dash with your name clearly displayed. Our driver will take your trolley and guide you to the vehicle. Our driver will load the vehicle for you and the drive you in safety and comfort to your destination. Our driver will then unload your luggage at your destination.
